Terms and Conditions of Sale and Cancellation

The standard B&B rate includes accommodation and breakfast.
The tourist tax is always an additional €2.50 per adult per day.
No payment is required at the time of booking, but a credit card number
is required to guarantee and confirm the reservation; the credit card will
not be charged. The balance is payable on site upon arrival.


Cancellation and sales conditions:


STANDARD B&B RATE


1) For any reservation from September 1st to June 30th inclusive: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the arrival date. In case of cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival: 100% of the first night will be charged (excluding taxes).
2) Please note, for any reservation from JULY 1st to AUGUST 31st inclusive: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation or no-show less than 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged (excluding taxes).
3) Accepted payment methods: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Cash, Holiday Vouchers.
4) Taxes: Rates are based on the VAT rate in effect on 01/07/2014. They are indicative and may be subject to change.


NON-REFUNDABLE PROMOTIONAL RATE


The Non-Refundable promotional rate includes accommodation and breakfast.

The tourist tax is always an additional €2.50 per adult per day.

Prepayment of the entire stay upon confirmation of the reservation by credit card.

1) The promotional rate booking is non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-
modifiable, and requires full prepayment at the time of booking.

4) In case of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
5) Cancellation policy – NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-CANCELLABLE, Non-
Modifiable.
6) Total prepayment upon booking: 100% of the total amount excluding taxes is charged upon
booking.
7) The credit card used for prepayment will be requested upon your arrival
at the reception desk.
8) In case of early departure or no-show at the hotel, the entire stay
will be due, and no refund or modification will be possible for any reason
whatsoever.
9) Taxes: Rates are based on the VAT rate in effect on 01/07/2014. They are for
information purposes only and may be subject to change.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS


LE BOUTIQUE HOTEL ENTRAIGUES may offer promotional offers on its website concerning accommodation services provided on a specific date or period, for which no cancellation is possible (Article L121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Promotional offers from LE BOUTIQUE HOTEL ENTRAIGUES cannot be combined with one another.


GIFT PACKAGES & VOUCHERS
The terms and conditions of 'Gift Packages' and 'Gift Vouchers' are subject to the general terms and conditions of sale and comply with the same cancellation conditions as non-refundable, non-cancellable promotional offers. The reservation of these offers is confirmed to the client by email only after validation. THE GIFT PACKAGE OR VOUCHER CARD MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER UPON ARRIVAL. Otherwise, the stay will be charged at standard rates and payment terms.


MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION
Any request for modification of a reservation must be made directly to our establishment, either by post or by email at info@hotel-entraigues.com. This modification request will only become effective once LE BOUTIQUE HOTEL ENTRAIGUES has confirmed its acceptance by email.
CANCELLATION BY LE BOUTIQUE HOTEL ENTRAIGUES
In the event of cancellation by the owner due to force majeure, the owner will refund the sums collected or issue a credit note valid for 1 year, expiring on the date N+1 indicated on the credit note.


INSURANCE
The tenant certifies that they are covered by personal liability insurance.
ROOM AVAILABILITY
From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT
By 10:00 AM.


BREAKFAST HOURS
Breakfast is served exclusively in the dining room and breakfast room from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
PETS
Pets are allowed in the rest of the establishment, provided they are properly supervised by their owners to ensure the peace and quiet of all our guests. No pet is allowed to be left alone without a keeper in the rooms or within the establishment.
EXCEPTION: The 75 m2 Prestige suite does NOT allow ANY pets.


HOUSE RULES
The kitchen, non-public areas, and private areas are not accessible to guests.
The panoramic terrace and pool surroundings are not to be used for picnics or parties.
The panoramic terrace on the 4th floor closes from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and the pool area closes from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
All areas of the Hotel are strictly non-smoking, including all individual rooms.
However, smoking is tolerated on the panoramic terrace and by the pool.


CHILDREN
Children stay at BOUTIQUE HOTEL ENTRAIGUES under the sole responsibility of their parents. The swimming pool is unsupervised, as is the panoramic terrace on the 4th floor.
To ensure the peace and quiet of our guests, babies are accepted (with a cot) in the rooms only.


ART OF LIVING
Guests are asked to respect a certain standard of living to guarantee the tranquility of the premises and the comfort of its guests. Furthermore, guests are requested not to smoke inside the establishment, in the rooms, or out of the windows, and not to light candles. The client undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of their stay and to declare and financially assume responsibility for any damage for which they may be held liable.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
LE BOUTIQUE HOTEL ENTRAIGUES declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss, or damage to clients' personal belongings within the Hotel and the Boutique Hôtel Entraigues Garage. Any items left behind in the room after the stay may be forwarded to the person concerned upon request and at their expense.


SECURITY

Only guests staying at BOUTIQUE HOTEL ENTRAIGUES are authorized to use the common areas, the swimming pool, and the 4th-floor panoramic terrace. From 9:00 PM, the swimming pool is no longer accessible, and the pool entrance door is locked.


MEDIATION

The client is reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 12° of the Consumer Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code.
The Sales Conditions of the booked rate specify the cancellation and/or modification terms for the reservation.
In the event of a complaint, the Client may contact the Management department of Boutique Hôtel Entraigues. The latter has a period of 30 days to provide a response.
In the event of disputes, failing a satisfactory resolution with Boutique Hôtel Entraigues, the Client may also contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator, to which the professional is affiliated.

JURISDICTION

This contract is governed by French law.
Any disputes arising from this contract, concerning its validity, interpretation, execution, termination, consequences, and aftermath, shall be submitted to the competent courts under standard legal conditions. The competent court shall be that of Nîmes-Gard.
