Terms and Conditions of Sale and Cancellation
The standard B&B rate includes accommodation and breakfast.
Tourist tax is always an additional €2.50 per adult per day.
No payment is required at the time of booking, but a credit card number
is required to guarantee and confirm the booking. The credit card will not be charged
. The balance is payable on site on arrival.
Conditions of cancellation and sale :
STANDARD B&B RATE
1) For bookings from September 1st to June 30th inclusive: Cancellation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival date. In the event of cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival: 100% of the first night's stay will be charged (excluding taxes).
2) Please note, for bookings from JULY 1st to AUGUST 31st inclusive: Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival date. In the event of cancellation or no-show less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged (excluding taxes).
3) Payment methods accepted: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Cash, Holiday vouchers.
4) Taxes : Rates are subject to the VAT rate in force on 01/07/2014. They are indicative and may be subject to change.
NON-REFUNDABLE PROMOTIONAL RATE
The non-refundable promotional rate includes accommodation and breakfast.
Tourist tax is always €2.50 per adult per day.
Full prepayment by credit card on confirmation of booking.
1) Reservations at the promotional rate are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable
and require full prepayment at the time of booking.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
LE BOUTIQUE HOTEL ENTRAIGUES may make promotional offers on its site, relating to accommodation services provided on a specific date or according to a specific periodicity, for which no cancellation is possible (article L121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code). The promotional offers of the BOUTIQUE HOTEL ENTRAIGUES are not cumulative.
COFFRET - BON CADEAUX
The conditions of the 'Coffrets' and 'Bon Cadeau' offers are assimilated to the general conditions of sale and respect the same cancellation conditions as the non-refundable, non-cancellable promotional offers. Reservations for these offers are only confirmed to the customer by e-mail after validation. THE CARD or 'gift voucher' MUST BE RETURNED TO THE PROVIDER ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL. Failing this, the stay will be settled at the normal rate and payment conditions.
RESERVATION MODIFICATION
Any reservation modification must be requested directly from our establishment, either by post or by email info@hotel-entraigues.com. This request for modification will only be effective once LE BOUTIQUE HOTEL ENTRAIGUES has confirmed its acceptance by email.
CANCELLATION BY LE BOUTIQUE HOTEL ENTRAIGUES
In the event of cancellation by the owner, in the event of force majeure, the owner will refund the sums collected or issue a credit note valid for 1 year, on the date N+1 noted on the credit note.
INSURANCE
The hirer certifies that he/she is covered by civil liability insurance.

ROOM CLEARANCE
At 10:00 am.
BREAKFAST HOURS
Breakfast is served only in the dining room, in the breakfast room, from 7:00 to 9:30 a.m.
PETS
Pets are allowed in the rest of the establishment, under the care of their owners to ensure the discretion of all our guests. No pets are to be left unattended in the rooms or on the premises.
EXCEPTION: Only the Prestige suite, 75 m2, is pet-free.
RESPECT FOR THE PLACE
The kitchen, areas not shown or private areas are not left at the free disposal of guests.
The Panoramic Terrace and the pool area may not be used for picnics or parties.
The Panoramic Terrace on the 4th floor closes from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., and the pool area closes from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.
All parts of the hotel are strictly non-smoking areas. The same applies to all rooms.
However, there is a tolerance zone on the Panoramic Terrace and at the Swimming Pool.
CHILDREN
Children at the BOUTIQUE HOTEL ENTRAIGUES are the sole responsibility of their parents. The swimming pool is not supervised. The same applies to the panoramic terrace on the 4th floor.
For the peace of mind of our guests, babies are accepted (with cots) in rooms only.
ART OF LIVING
All guests are asked to observe a certain art of living to ensure the tranquillity of the premises and the comfort of guests. In addition, guests are asked not to smoke in the establishment, in the rooms or at the windows, and not to light candles. The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay, and to declare and assume financially any damage for which he/she may be responsible.
PERSONAL EFFECTS
LE BOUTIQUE HOTEL ENTRAIGUES declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to personal effects belonging to its customers in the Hotel and in the Garage of the Boutique Hôtel Entraigues. If any belongings are left in the room at the end of the stay, they can be sent to the person concerned, at their request and expense.
SECURITY
Only guests staying at the BOUTIQUE HOTEL ENTRAIGUES are authorized to use the communal areas and the swimming pool and panoramic terrace on the 4th floor. From 21:00, the pool is no longer accessible and the pool door is closed.
MEDIATOR
In accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, the customer is reminded that he/she does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code.
The Conditions of Sale for the rate booked specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
In the event of a complaint, the customer may refer the matter to the management of the Boutique Hôtel Entraigues. The latter has 30 days to respond.
In the event of a dispute, and failing a satisfactory response from the Boutique Hôtel Entraigues, the customer may also refer the matter to the Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage, to which the professional is answerable.

ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
The present contract is governed by French law.
