Christine Morin's exhibition in Uzès

Christine Morin, a multidisciplinary artist based in Nantes, will present her new exhibition at Boutique hôtel Entraigues on Friday, March 27, 2026. The vernissage will be the ideal opportunity to meet this multi-talented woman, a creator of dreams and memories woven in canvas and embroidered fabric. Behind the apparent softness of her works lie evocative spaces that will captivate all audiences.

Christine Morin and her journey between abstraction and materiality

Born in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, the painter and visual artist moved to Nantes in her youth to complete her studies in Applied Arts and Fine Arts. She later traveled widely, spending a significant time in Africa, where she developed an infinite color palette and a very distinct sensitivity. Her work reflects this journey through canvases, embroideries, and installations, exhibited in turn across French and European art galleries (Paris, Lille, London, Antwerp, etc.).

When encountering her works, prepare to let go in order to better remember. Allow yourself to be carried away by abstraction, which awakens buried impressions in each of us. Each canvas by Christine Morin is an active space where matter becomes a "membrane," a second skin upon which the real and the invisible take shape.
