The month of June began under the banner of renewal and transmission. At the end of May, a new trainee joined our ranks. His fresh mind and fresh outlook feed our exchanges. His enthusiasm is contagious, and his innovative ideas are already germinating in our projects. Every meeting becomes a promise of invention. We're slowly getting to know each other, in tune with the seasons and our collective life, in this historic building that has become the cradle of our inspirations - and, let's hope, of your finest discoveries!
In hospitality, there's a discreet art to making connections and meeting people. This is also what we experience with our apprentices and trainees, for whom their time at Entraigues is as much a moment of learning as a chapter in their lives. One of them, a keen traveler with an inquisitive eye, is about to celebrate her birthday with us.
