The month of June began under the sign of renewal and transmission. At the end of May, a new intern joined our ranks. Their freshness of mind and fresh perspective enrich our exchanges. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and their innovative ideas are already taking root in our projects. Every meeting thus becomes a promise of invention. We are getting to know one another gently, keeping pace with the seasons and collective life, within this historic building that has become the cradle of our inspirations—and, we hope, of your finest discoveries!

There is a discreet art of connection and encounters in hospitality. This is also what we experience with our apprentices and interns, for whom passing through Entraigues is as much a learning experience as it is a chapter of life.
