The word " team " may seem trivial, so often used in the professional world. However, behind this word lies much more than a simple organization: a real support, a solidarity which makes the strength of a place.
This is exactly what our team is: a welded core, which has grown and evolved over the high season animating our beautiful region ofUzès.

As the temperatures drop and the southern light softens, we take the time to say thank you to our interns and alternates, and in particular to Louna and Quentin.
Humble, curious and passionate, they have joined us to discover or deepen their knowledge of the hotel business in a setting that is at once luxurious, artistic and human.

We'd like to express our gratitude for every energetic service they provide, every question they ask, every smile they share.
We wish them all the best as they continue to soar high and free towards the projects that will make them grow.
