In our establishment, we make every effort to welcome you in the best conditions with an optimal health protocol.
We have strengthened our health measures by integrating a large number of operational hospital protocols into all our services. Below you can consult our HEALTH CHARTER.

Dinner platters are only served in rooms. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room and in rooms, from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
The panoramic terrace is open.
The outdoor pool is open for swimming (Pool closed from 1 November to Easter weekend).
A mini-bar with multiple drinks is available in all rooms.
The bar is closed. Many establishments are less than 2 minutes’ walk away.
Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
A private 4-place garage (€20/night/place) is located opposite the hotel entrance (only on request).
• RESERVATIONS:
1. BOOKING 'Standard Rate that may be cancelled and modified’:
In July and August,
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
From September,
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.
2. RESERVATION at the "NON-REFUNDABLE promotional rate (non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-refundable)". In case of cancellation, no refund will be made for any reason.
The NON-REFUNDABLE promotional rate includes accommodation and breakfast served in the room, and the tourist tax in addition.
Pre-payment of the entire stay upon confirmation of the reservation by credit card, non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable.
Specific conditions of sale of the NON-REFUNDABLE promotional rate:
The total price of the reservation will be debited at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, no refund will be made. Cancellation Policy - NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE Non-Cancellable, Non-Modifiable, and Non-Refundable.
Full pre-payment on booking: 100% of the total amount excluding taxes is debited on booking. The credit card used for the pre-payment will be requested upon arrival at the reception. In case of early departure or no-show at the hotel, the entire stay will be due, no refund will be possible.

The team at the Boutique Hôtel Entraigues**** thanks you for your trust. We are delighted to welcome you with a new HEALTH CHARTER.
Strict hygiene measures and reorganised premises have been set up to receive you in the best conditions within the hotel.
Non-exhaustive list of measures taken:
- A reference person specifically deals with the proper implementation of health measures, their compliance and their application.
- Staff are trained in shielding measures to ensure the safety of all
- Rooms are systematically cleaned and disinfected according to a strict protocol. Protocol visible at the Hotel Reception.
- Check-in, check-out and contactless payment where possible.
- Contact points (lifts, handles, switches, etc.) are systematically cleaned and disinfected several times a day according to a strict and controlled protocol.
- Hand sanitiser is available throughout our premises.
