Throughout the month of January, especially on the 3rd weekend of January, Truffles season most of the dishes prepared by the restaurateurs of Uzès!

- The Museum of Roman Culture.
- Inaugurated in 2018, the Musée de la Romanité is opposite the Roman Arenas of Nîmes, a witness to two thousand years of history.
- In the historic heart of the city, this superb contemporary building houses numerous architectural collections of Roman heritage representative of the life of yesteryear. The museum is crossed by the remains of the Roman rampart and it is designed as the gateway to an urban path. Its external appearance represents a mosaic in the form of a Roman toga. It is a building designed and created by Franco-Brazilian architect Elizabeth de Portzamparc.
